In a September 2025 review, a customer said MAC did a 72-square roof the year before and came back for a 24-square barn roof, leaving the area cleaner than they found it. A May 2026 reviewer started with five basement casement windows, then hired MAC to reside a 125-year-old home, and said Joel kept them informed of extra work the crew found. An October 2025 customer said they had used MAC for exterior work since 2014. In a November 2024 review, Joel came out a couple of days after the call to diagnose a leak, one crew repaired the flashing around a vent pipe and another came back for the drywall ceiling. A January 2023 customer said a roof, dormer, siding and window job ran longer than expected because of the weather, and that a bit more communication about when crews were coming would have been ideal. The May 2026 residing job also took longer than that customer expected, because of structural issues found early on. We hired MAC Exterior Solutions to install 5 basement casement windows. Joel's years in business and previous rating were important to us. We were happy with their window installation, so we requested a quote to reside our 125 yr old home. Owner, Joel worked closely with us thru out the residing job and always ensured we were informed of additional work that crew noticed was needed, we were always given option of how to proceed. He reminded us often that our happiness was the important and it was up to us regarding any changes. Job took longer than we thought due to structural issues discovered early on but ultimately, it looks better than we imagined. It was our pleasure to work with Joel and meet his dedicated work crew. They showed up on time, worked long days, clean up after every shift and were respectful to us and our property. Most importantly, their workmanship was superior. We have hired other contractors previously for other large jobs however we honestly believe MAC is better than any of them.
I've had MAC at my house for three different projects and they have done excellent work every single time. I'm always so impressed by the crews work ethic and professionalism! I highly recommend Joel and his crew at MAC for all your exterior needs.
