Joe’s Custom Carpentry describes custom woodworking as its specialty. If you are considering the company for carpentry, the questions to settle first are when work will start, how progress will be scheduled, and when payments are due. Two undated customer reviews on BBB criticize delayed starts and poor follow-through. Separately, BBB gives the company a D- grade and lists two complaints on file.
