In March 2026 a customer whose septic system needed repair wrote that they called several places and John was the first to react with any urgency, guiding them all the way through. In a March 2022 review, a customer described a septic system that needed urgent replacement in the fall of 2021: John checked the site quickly, drew up a new septic plan and got it approved by the state, then arrived with a crew and heavy equipment once approval came through. That system passed the state inspection, and John graded the surface and seeded it before cold weather. Another March 2022 reviewer wrote that JD Excavating designed and installed their septic system, cleared their homesite and built their driveway. In a June 2023 review, a customer with a modular build said John did their septic design, driveway and drainage and coordinated other contractors through to seeding the lawn. A second June 2023 customer, who came to John for a second opinion on a septic design and installation, said the work was done on schedule and on budget. In June 2024 a customer wrote that John helped them troubleshoot their septic pump by phone and offered to drive 30 minutes to help if they could not fix it.
I called several places for help when my septic system was in need of repair. John was the first one to react with any urgency and he was here and guiding us through all the way. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The very best of the best, thank you John!
John took my call and helped me troubleshoot issues with my septic pump. He let me know that if I was unable to fix the problem that he would drive 30 minutes to my location and help me solve the issue-whatever it would take. Courteous, professional, committed… high praise for high standards.
We contacted John for a second opinion on a septic design and installation and we are very glad that we did. He was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable and the work was done extremely well, on schedule and on budget. The site work and landscaping was flawless and we could not be more satisfied with the results.
John helped us with our modular build from start to finish; with coordination of other contractors to seeding our lawn to ensure we had a place to play outside when construction was finished. He did our septic design, driveway, drainage and everything in between. Even helped us with issues that he was not even responsible for. Always responsive and on time, cannot recommend John and his employees enough. Truly 5 stars all the way around.
