John F Arsenault

John F Arsenault Construction, working out of Methuen, holds a Massachusetts construction supervisor license (CS-077705) in John Arsenault's own name that's registry-verified active. BuildZoom's permit-derived score for the business is 91, in the top 37% of the roughly 139,000 Massachusetts contractors it tracks. The permit history on file covers two 2021 Methuen properties on Combination St: a $105,000 conversion of a club into a single-family home, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and an interior demolition. Only a construction supervisor licence is listed for the business — no Home Improvement Contractor registration — so it's worth asking directly how that's handled on a home-improvement contract. This is a fit for a homeowner considering a similar renovation or conversion project; confirm current licensing and get the scope in writing before signing.
