The permit trail is the best evidence here. Nineteen of those 141 projects fall in the past three years at a typical value around $9,735 — the price band of an attic insulation and air-sealing package rather than a remodel — and most of them are in Methuen. The BBB describes the wider business as energy-conservation work: passive solar homes and additions, insulation, retrofitting, and replacement windows and doors. Two gaps are worth knowing before you call. Nobody has written a review: BuildZoom states it has received none for him, and the BBB lists the business as Not Rated, saying it lacks the information to grade it. And while BuildZoom reports verifying an active Massachusetts construction supervisor license, #CS-036866, in July 2026, that has not been checked against the state registry here. Ask for the license number, ask for two Methuen addresses from the past year, and get the scope in writing, including the R-value you are paying for.
