John J Maribito

John J Maribito, doing business as John J Maribito Construction, is a Saugus-area contractor with fifteen permitted projects concentrated in Peabody — kitchen remodels, an 18x24 addition, a finished basement, and window and siding work. In a February 2025 permit, the company completed an $8,978 roof replacement at 211 Castle Road in Nahant: ice-and-water shield on the eaves and valleys, a GAF shingle system, and aluminum drip edge with ridge and hip cap shingles. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #111298, shows expired on the state registry, and BuildZoom separately lists a construction supervisor license, CS-059112, for the business. Anyone considering hiring should check the state licensing registry directly before booking and confirm proof of insurance.
