Ramirez Painting Corp | Roofing and Remodelling

Ramirez Painting Corp — doing business as Ramirez Painting Corp | Roofing and Remodelling — is a Saugus contractor led by founder Ronald Ramirez, covering the Greater Boston area with painting, carpentry, masonry, roofing, and gutter cleaning. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. The reviews describe a crew comfortable with both small jobs and full gut renovations. A July 2026 review described Ron's team replacing a picture window and rebuilding rotted wall framing around it, then tearing a bathroom down to the studs and remodeling it. A 2022 review listed the full range on one project: painting, blue board installation, plastering, carpentry, demolition, and roofing, calling the attention to detail consistent throughout. Other reviews describe basement and attic finishing with a full bath, a four-month whole-house renovation completed on time and on budget, and one customer who has used Ramirez for three separate major projects over three years. Painting alone gets its own praise, separate from the bigger remodels — reviewers from 2022 through late 2025 describe affordable pricing, punctual crews, and clean job sites on standalone paint jobs. A 2023 review credited Ramirez with a neighbor's new roof at a reasonable price before hiring him for structural and roofing work at their own property. The one dissent among twenty reviews is mild: a 2023 review that still recommended the company noted that planning and project management wasn't flawless, with the timeline and budget slipping a little on a basement and attic project. For a project that spans multiple trades — a gut renovation, a room addition, or a paint job with some carpentry or roofing folded in — the reviews describe a crew that keeps communicating through the process and delivers close to what's promised, with one exception on planning precision worth asking about directly.
