Apex totally transformed our basement and attic! Highly recommend.<br><br>We’d read good things about Apex online and received estimates from 3 contractors to finish our attic and basement. Eddie was the most responsive, had estimates to us the fastest, and had the most detail in his proposal to us. Naturally, we selected Apex and we’re so glad we did.<br><br>The attic was partly finished and a quicker job requiring 3 new windows, electrics, drywall, and paint. The basement however, was just an old fieldstone foundation that needed a lot of work to become a usable space. For that project Apex carried out the following:<br><br>- New framing for an office space, bathroom, and 2 closets.<br>- new windows<br>- spray foam insulation throughout<br>- hvac<br>- plumbing / electrics<br>- drywall<br>- paint and finish work<br>- we had an old storm door converted to a full doorway with some steps leading into the backyard. This also required drainage work.<br>- reconfigured head banger and finish work in the stairwell leading downstairs.<br><br>Eddie’s crew were very punctual, polite, communicated excellently and kept us up to date on what they needed from us. They kept the worksite tidy at all times and we especially enjoyed their attention to detail. They spent the last 2 days cleaning the basement and doing touch ups. Eddie and his team are great. Eddie originally helped us fix our roof and interior after tree damage. We liked him so much that we hired him to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms, too. It’s hard to find contractors you trust, but we were really happy with everything they did.

We have recently dealt with a devastating time in our life do to a fire in our home. Apex Remodeling given to us as a referral stepped up and helped us through a very trying time. Eddy got the ball rolling and worked with us on getting the house torn down and rebuilt. He has a great crew and some awesome contractors working for him. Apex did a great job on my mom’s apartment. It was a complete gut job. New windows, kitchen, transforming bathroom from tub to a beautiful shower with seat. New flooring throughout and refinished wood floors in living and dining area. Great workers and Eddie was great, meeting my every need. Highly recommended!
