Water heaters that fail at bad times are the calls Jordans Plumbing and Heating keeps getting. In a January 2026 Angi review, a homeowner with a leaking water heater said others either did not respond or would not come until Monday; Jordan replaced it that Friday evening and kept the basement from flooding. A September 2026 HomeAdvisor customer said Jordan replied around midnight and rearranged his schedule to be there by 9 am to replace a water heater. Its Massachusetts plumber license 4809-PL-C is active. HomeAdvisor and Angi list license 33301-PL-J. BBB lists it as a Somerset sole proprietorship run by Jordan Farias, 12 years in business, with an A+ grade. On HomeAdvisor it holds a 4.9 from 223 ratings. In a February 2026 Angi review, after power came back following the blizzard of '26, the heat stayed off and there were signs of a leak above the oil heater; Jordan called back within minutes and he and a one-man crew fixed it. A January 2025 condo customer sent photos ahead, and Jordan and a helper installed a hot water heater in a little over two hours at a fair price. In a September 2025 review, a customer said the technician installed the wrong part on a water heater without diagnosing it, took full payment, refused to install the correct part the manufacturer sent and never sent a receipt, costing $350. A June 2023 customer said the cost felt high, while praising a thorough emergency repair that involved trips to two Lowe's stores for a part.
Jordan did great job replacing my water heater. I got a reply from him about midnight, that he'd call me first thing to set up a time to schedule an appointment to replace the water heater. He rearranged his schedule to be hear by 9am. I really appreciate that he was able to get here so quickly. Thank you Jordan!
Jordan communicated well, was on time and did very neat work. Thank you.
Excellent job done to perfection! Went above and beyond! I highly recommend this very reasonably priced plumber.
Very responsive. Diagnosed the issue with the heating system a repaired it quickly! Would definitely recommend and hire again!
Power came back on after the blizzard of '26. But the heat did not come on, and I saw evidence of leaking in the area above the oil heater. Jordan (of Jordan's Plumbing and Heating) called within minutes of my call for help. Jordan and his 1-man crew came over and got things fixed up quickly, despite less-than-ideal conditions. These guys are great.
