Joseph H Luis

Joseph H Luis is a Methuen general contractor whose work turns up in the permit record: 26 permitted projects on file at BuildZoom, five of them in the past three years, at a typical permit value around $46,500. BuildZoom lists him for kitchen, bathroom and basement remodels, whole-home remodels and additions, and puts his permit-derived score at 98. The licensing needs a phone call. BuildZoom lists Construction Supervisor licence CS-075252 and prints two different statuses for that same number on the same page — active in one block, and inactive in the other with a note that the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety showed it at one point cancelled. For a Methuen-area job at permit scale — an addition, a full kitchen or bath, a basement build-out — his permit history is in that range. Ask him for the licence number himself and check it with the Department of Public Safety before you sign.
