I contacted Jonathan through Thumbtack and he came to my house within a day to meet me and do some troubleshooting. He arrived at the arranged time. Within about an hour he determined that my inverter failed and suggested to check the manufacturer's warranty because the type of box I had was known to fail at around 10 years old. He took some pictures for me to send the manufacturer. He was professional, friendly and experienced. I would like to have him replace the inverter but because it's a warranty job the manufacturer wants to send someone else.
