Owner of this company likes to text and drive. Going through Canton I saw him nearly collide with a car because he swerved coming out of a red light and then not two minutes later up the same road was going ten below the speed limit in the left hand lane holding up traffic because he was on his phone staring down at it while operating the vehicle. When told to stop texting and driving immediately became aggressive. Wouldn’t trust him to drive a vehicle certainly not to work on my home.

Well I may be the outlier here but had 2 shingles blew off in the winter that were not high up. Jules said he would do us a favor because we won't find any roofer to do a repair and explained the only reason he was doing it was for future good will. Live 5 minutes up the road. Cost $750. Had another very reputable company come by said he would do it for $250 then after he did it he refused to take the $ because he said it only took him 5 minutes. Impressed me so much I had him price and replace my roof prematurely. couldn't be more professional and half the price of others which I quoted after deciding to replace roof. I didn't ask Jules to quote. Sooo you determine.
We just had our roof replaced by Jules Poirier. If there were six stars to award, I'd have done that! This sure wasn't our first rodeo in terms of roof replacement and I'm sure not easy to please. I found Jules Poirier to be a person of the utmost integrity and honesty. He takes great pride in his work and is devoted to getting everything precisely correct and according to code. He's a straight arrow-- no BS, ever (and I have an extremely sensitive BS detector). His approach elictied my complete and implicit trust. The entire experience was smooith as silk, thanks in no small part to his astonishngly efficient office support. Everything was on-time and proceeded as promised. No hitches, no excuses, no surprises. The result was a beautiful job, expertly carried out. The clean-up was extraordinary. Save for the beautiful roof, one wouldn't know that anything happened here. If you're consider having your roof replaced you'll likely want to do your due dilligence. So, go ahead and get estimates. Have Jules come last. I'm confident you'll conclude that you never really needed to speak to anyone else.
