I worked with Julles when I wanted to add another zone to my irrigation system. We discussed my property and where to add sprinkler heads for maximum coverage. Julles is extremely knowledgeable with irrigation systems. He completed the job in less than a day, programmed the timer and showed me how to make adjustments. I have recommended Julles Irrigation to my neighbors and friends. He does quality work at a competitive price.

When I bought a new house last year, Julles helped me get our old irrigation system working properly again. Later in the year, we had a new backyard installed and needed new sprinklers to cover the new area, so Julles came and extended our current irrigation system to be able to water the new grass. Work was always done on time and communication and price were good. I would recommend him for any irrigation needs and plan to continue to have him maintain our irrigation system in the future.

I hired Julles’ to add more zones to my irrigation system because my current irrigation company was already booked and he was able to come out quickly. He was pleasant my whole time interacting with him so I’m not sure what the problem is that he won’t respond to my text messages after leaving my house when I had a few things I needed him to look at. His wife will only communicate through email now. Julles’ machine was leaking hydraulic oil pretty badly so I mentioned it to him and shortly later he goes across my newly seal coated driveway leaking oil all the way across to then put a bag over it to catch the leaking on the way back across. I didn’t even say a word to him about it even though I was not happy. He left my house on the day of install at 3:30 without even setting up the programming on the new control panel or showing me how to use it. He came by the following day which I thought he was going to come talk to me but I saw him just drive by my house and not even stop. When he was going to come again I asked his wife to have him text me an hour before arriving so I could meet him here but he conveniently did not see her message to text me. I currently have a control box that he moved that was already installed by my other irrigation company that was moved between my mulch bed and the grass between where I edge the lawn. He moved it back when he came when I was not home but not enough. I have a sprinkler head installed directly between the mulch bed and grass that my edging tool will cut the sprinkler head right off when edging. There is another box put in the ground not even level plus the sprinkler heads are not adjusted properly so they are spraying water all over the driveway. When my current company came to winterize the system they couldn’t even find the control valve to one zone that he installed that should have been in the box so they had to do it a different way. It’s over a month later since my last email and now I’m getting a reply saying she didn’t see it till just now. He wants to come back in the spring to see the issues rather than now but I will be hiring someone else to correct his problems. He has just lost the $5400 expansion to my system plus the $5000 install at my sister’s house across the street. Not a wise business practice.
