Nick has poor attention to detail. 1 week project took over 7 weeks. He will not respond to any request to come out and fix some errors... believe me, there are many but only asking for a few. He buried cement in my yard instead of disposing of it properly. Scratched the new patio in many areas with heavy equipment and left many rust spots from bad/old equipment while building the patio. Patio blocks are sinking. the window well area is so bad that it escapes words. The sand between blocks has all washed away and way too heavy in other areas that are too thick to fix. He spent more time tinkering on the phone than actually working. I'm still trying to get him back to the job site, but he has not stopped by yet. After many phone calls and texts and emails....and speaking to him and he promised to stop by... Really poor quality work, but I've already paid him, and he promised to stand by his work.
