Juniper Hill Cleaners is a house cleaning business whose website names a service area of Lexington, Sudbury, Concord and Acton. The website also states 24/7 emergency service. A 2026 Google review describes a biweekly cleaning service whose staff is very safe and respectful around the customer's infant. That 2026 review says that when a bathroom tile was cracked after a shelf was accidentally dropped, the owner handled the entire repair coordination instead of leaving the customer to fix it. In a 2026 review, a customer who needed an after party cleanup in the kitchen area wrote that they listened to what was needed and were attentive. Another 2026 review says the cleaners were thorough and efficient and left the place looking spotless. In a 2025 Google review, a customer wrote that they needed last minute help cleaning their house, contacted the business around 7PM for a 7:30AM start, and that it responded quickly and was right on time. A 2025 review from a different customer said booking was easy, the cleaners arrived promptly, and a reschedule was taken care of quickly and easily.
Our cleaners did a fantastic job! They were thorough and efficient and left our place looking spotless. We really appreciated their kindness and attention to detail.
Outstanding biweekly cleaning service! The staff is consistently excellent and very safe and respectful around our infant. What really sets them apart, though, is the accountability of an established business. We had an incident where a bathroom tile was cracked after a shelf was accidentally dropped. Instead of being left to fix it ourselves, the owner handled the entire repair coordination. I've heard horror stories of people having things broken by informal cleaners with no insurance or recourse. This company's professionalism and willingness to make things right is exactly why we hire them.
The service I received from Juniper Hill Cleaners was professional. I needed their service for an after party cleanup in the kitchen area. They listened to what I needed and were attentive and delivered excellent service.
Very communicative and did a great job!
Easy to schedule, great communication. Cleaner was quick and efficient. Would 100% request their services again!
