Junk Teens is a Norwood junk removal business, and one recent customer's basement shows the work: in a home built in 1880, two men took away piles of old concrete, rotting lumber, moldy Sheetrock and a coal pile, and left things clean and tidy behind them. A 2023 westwoodminute.town.news article said Kirk McKinney, Jr. and his brother, Jacob McKinney, founded the junk removal business as teenagers living in Westwood. A 2026 cnbc.com article described it as a Norwood, Massachusetts-based junk removal and reselling business launched in February 2021. A 2025 capecodtimes.com article described it as a junk removal service that started in Westwood and has expanded to Cape Cod. The company says it hires local high school and college students and donates reusable items it removes. One recent customer said three young kids came by to quote removing an old Jacuzzi, and 30 minutes later it was gone. Charlie and Niko took apart a large, heavy air hockey table and brought it up a flight of steep stairs from a recent customer's basement. Asked about scheduling a very large job, Dylan told one recent customer they could do it right now; that customer said it took a few hours with a couple of trips to the dump. Josh and Max were careful with each piece of heavy furniture a recent customer wanted donated. On pricing, one recent customer said the company quotes on site but estimated a range before arrival, and called the prices fair. A recent 1-star customer sent a picture of a small heap of wood, was quoted $280-$430, then was quoted $290 on site for what that customer called 30 minutes of work; the company cited its overhead and did not budge on price.

These guys are the best!! Fast and efficient!! Definitely will be calling them again!!!
Junk Teens were a massive help clearing out the basement in our 1880-built home. The previous owners had piles of old concrete, rotting lumber, moldy Sheetrock, and a good old fashioned coal pile. Two very positive and hard-working gentlemen took it all away way faster than expected, leaving things clean and tidy behind them. Cannot recommend them enough.
Great service and very professional!
Very efficient from quote to pick up. Always stayed in contact. They came and removed the items fast. Such great service
