Just Oil delivers home heating oil, and its website lists a service area that includes Barrington, Durham, Lee, Somersworth and Newmarket. A 2023 customer of several years said oil deliveries usually came within a day or two. That 2023 customer also said that during a boiler tune-up the tech, who also does deliveries, replaced the gasket on the exterior fill pipe because he remembered it leaked during deliveries. A 2024 customer who had switched from a larger oil distributor said Niel came out the day they called about a furnace problem and was very thorough. A 2024 homeowner said the company delivered next day most of the time. A 2024 customer said delivery came 1-2 days after ordering and called the prices fair next to other seacoast companies. A 2022 customer of six years said the company debited their account twice for one delivery, and that Bonnie, who handled their calls, insisted only one payment had been taken; they said they had to file a dispute with their bank. A 2026 caller who needed a delivery said the person at reception was rude and hung up, and said they would not give the company their business.
