The volume of specific, similar stories is the standout feature here. A condo association hired the company twice, first for a new concrete step and later to repoint the building's foundation and basement, and said the crew worked long hours over a week and a half and flagged ways to keep water out of the basement along the way. In a 2022 review, a customer described a front wall and walkway destroyed by a car crash rebuilt from the ground up; another the same year said Juven turned a rough sketch into a backyard patio and fire pit, personally driving to pick up stone himself when a vendor delivery ran late so the job stayed on schedule. The details repeat across years and jobs — a same-day quote, texted progress photos, daily cleanup, work finished within the promised timeframe. The record isn't spotless. A March 2026 Google review says the owner visited a job site, promised a quote, and then went silent — no callback, no explanation. It's a sharp contrast to nearly everything else on file, and Thumbtack's own star breakdown (88% five-star, with a small share of twos and ones among 51 ratings) suggests this isn't a one-off. Google shows 4.8★ across 24 ratings and Thumbtack shows 4.7★ across 51 — both line up with the written record. For a job of any size, it's worth locking down the quote and start date in writing given the one account of a stalled follow-up.
