JZ4S Construction LLC is a Chelsea remodeling contractor whose own site advertises kitchen and bath remodels, renovations and additions, flooring, painting, carpentry and fencing across Greater Boston and the North Shore, and says the company is eight years old. Google lists it at 5 stars from 7 ratings, and Houzz at 5.0 from 2. In a February 2026 Houzz review, after a pipe broke in the hallway, the customer hired JZ4S to fix drywall and repaint and said Jessica, Jose and Luis were communicative and friendly, the pricing competitive and the timeline fast, and that the hallway looks better than ever. An August 2025 Google reviewer said the crew arrived on time or early, explained what they were doing and left the repaired areas cleaner than they found them. Two July 2026 Google reviews praise the quality of the work and the communication. The Houzz profile lists painting, drywall and finish carpentry services; its older 2017 review names a different company, JB Painting and Construction Corp.
Highly recommended! Outstanding quality, great communication, and absolute professionalism from start to finish."
Excellent Work, Attention to detail, and Consistent Communication
We hired these JZ4S on Houzz to fix some drywall and repaint after a pipe broke in our hallway, and it looks better than ever now! Jessica, Jose, and Luis were all very communicative throughout the entire process and incredibly friendly. The pricing was competitive, the quality of work was solid, and the timeline was fast. I would absolutely hire them again!
These people were professional, prompt, informative, and overall amazingly. How often do you find contractors who arrive on time, let alone early! They left the areas they repaired in our house cleaner than they found them. They also took the time to explain what they were doing. I don't know how to write a more glowing review. I need these people to stick around so I always knew who to call
The best contractor I ever meet!!!
