Two names recur besides Felix Ramos: Francisco Rodriguez, described by a December 2023 customer as the manager who coordinated the job, and Antonio on intake. Several reviews are written in Spanish, including a January 2024 one naming Sr. Félix Ramos directly. One thing to weigh: the newest comment on file dates to mid-2025, so nothing here speaks to how the company is running right now, and 32 straight five-star ratings give you no sense of how they handle a job that goes wrong. Price comes up repeatedly as fair, but no reviewer describes a change order or a dispute. For drywall, plaster and siding work around Chelsea, Revere and the towns just north of Boston — especially small, fast-turnaround repairs — this is a deep and consistent record by the standards of a small contractor. Confirm current licensing and insurance, and get the scope written down if you are hiring them for the bigger end of what they do, like a roof or a full bathroom.
