Those are the directory's own records, not something confirmed against the state registry, so ask to see the current registration and a certificate of insurance yourself before you sign anything. For a driveway, a walkway, a slab or a foundation around Chelsea, this is a reasonable outfit to price out. Just go in knowing you would be an early customer: ask for addresses of recent pours you can drive past, and get the scope and schedule in writing.
