Responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and prompt! We needed a hot water heater replacement, and upgrade in size, after ours suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago. We called a few plumbers in the area, but Matt at K&F was the only one to call us back quickly. When he did, he walked us through all of our options in detail and the pros and cons of each based on his experience and our needs to help us choose which option to go with. The removal and install were done promptly and finished quicky. It's been a few weeks now and we're really happy with the heater we went with. Best experience we've had with a plumber since becoming homeowners a little over 10 years ago!
