K&J Heating is a heating company, and a 2026 customer described a boiler call that came through The Chip Program. In that 2026 review, the customer said Ken called about the work order, promised to be there in an hour and to get the heat on before the big freeze. That 2026 customer said Ken and a helper were in the boiler room not an hour later, and that less than two hours after that the boiler kicked on. A 2024 customer with furnace issues said they were there within two days.
Ken called me 0942 this AM telling me he just got a work order that’s offering to come diagnose and fix my boiler. He said he’d be here in an hour and that he’d get my heat on before the big freeze came. Not an hour later he and a helper were in my boiler room. Next I know they are moving around each other with barely any noise. Then less than 2 hours later I hear my boiler kicks on and it sounds awesome. THESE GUYS ARE WONDERFUL AND POLITE. I’m so sorry that I didn’t get/remember Ken’s helpers name. What a smart guy he was. Thank you for working with The Chip Program. You’re greatly appreciated!!!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. YOU PUT CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK TO A PLACE THAT I HAVEN’T SEEN IN A LONG TIME. 100% recommend.
