Huge waste of my money and time. Tech couldn't figure out the problem but I get a bill for 520 dollars. I complained and he dropped it to 420 dollars but then said he could have charged more because his tech went over like a few minutes on the hour. The audacity to say that when you didn't even fix the problem. Called back to see if they would make it right and there was no reassurance on the phone call. I will be going with a different business. Do not waste your time with this company. They will rob you. If you do go with them after reading this review please get the upfront costs because they don't disclose anything to you. Horrible business practices. My response back: Your tech quote on quote said I can't find the leak. He mentioned nothing about needing more time. He also said we will have to wait till the leak gets worse to find it. Get your facts right before spreading lies. For the amount of money you charge, I'd expect your tech to be top notch. He didn't even spray water on any coils inside to check for leaks. I never said you installed it either. Your site advertises repair and maintenance as well as installations. This was a repair which you didn't repair and wasted my money on the diag fee which it clearly was not diagnosed. My review stands! Update: Had another company come by and within 20 minutes they found the leak. It was inside on the coils which your tech didn't even do a leak down test on. Also their costs to come out was half of what yours was. Crazy thing as well, they have a 5 star rating with more ratings than your company. Guess what, they will be getting another 5 star review for their business from me!
