We would give Allegiance Heat Pumps 100 stars if we could. From start to finish, your business is truly first class. Professional, quiet, polite, informative, and personable—the little things really are the big things. Jake took the time to explain his services rather than just trying to make a sale, which made us feel confident right from the start. The installation was incredible as well. It was the quietest crew we have ever had in our home; at one point, I had to check if they were still working because there was no loud music or noise. We also greatly appreciate the extra details that set your customer service apart. Each condenser came equipped with a lightning protector to safeguard the equipment during bad weather, and Jake had already installed protective hoods over all the condensers, saving us the trouble of hiring a contractor. If anyone is considering heat pumps, Allegiance Heat Pumps LLC is the best there is. Choosing your team was the best decision we've made. Thank you Jake, we love our units!!!!!!!!!!!!
I decided it was time to bite the bullet and ditch my hydronic oil heat for heat pumps. I scouted out a few local companies and decided to go with Allegiance. Right from the start, Jake was friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable about the products he sells, I also liked that they are a Mitsubishi installer. He showed up and gave me a quote for exactly what I wanted without any runaround or pushy sales tactics. I opted to install a ducted system for the main floor of my house and mini splits for the rooms upstairs. When the day came for them to begin the install they showed up on time and worked professionally and efficiently. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and cleaned up after themselves. It was clear they take pride in their workmanship and I think the pictures speak for themselves. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them for all your heat pump needs.
Jake and his crew are great to work with. They explained the process and they executed it. Great at answering follow-up questions.
Wow, what a great experience! Right from the get-go, Jake was super knowledgable, helpful and informative. He graciously answered my questions for literally 2 months before I pulled the trigger. And he did it so patiently and professionally, one can tell he really enjoys his work and is a great communicator. On install day he and Lance did an incredible job; neat, organized and full of knowledge. The final setup and explanation of the units was thorough and they took their time to make sure I was comfortable, no rushing out the door on their part. A+++ experience right from the beginning. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Jake and his team of staff and subcontractors certainly live up to their pledge to quality installation and service! We recently worked with Allegiance to have a whole house heat pump system installed as well as replacing an old water heater w/ a new heat pump water heater. The work was performed on time, on budget and in a professional manner w/ respect for existing finished conditions of the house. We’re considering more work in the future and Allegiance will be our first call.
