The Better Business Bureau lists it as K.C. Carpets Associates, Inc., a carpet and linoleum seller and installer with 43 years behind it, not accredited and carrying no grade. It is also a Haverhill Chamber of Commerce member. Customers here write about the installers by name. Jeff turns up across five years: a 2021 reviewer said he handled an entire job on his own, and a 2025 customer had him lay vinyl in a bathroom and found the room spotless when he left. A 2025 review named Greg and Kathy on stairwell and bedroom carpet, and a 2024 customer credited Beau, Jeff and Matt with redoing a whole upstairs, detail-oriented and fast.
