Zaynor Construction LLC

Before the first tool comes out, the floors get covered. One July 2026 customer describes Jose covering the entry floor and the carpets on the way upstairs, then cleaning up at the end of every day; another, writing in April 2026 about a popcorn-ceiling removal and refinishing job, got a text the night before with the exact arrival time. Zaynor Construction is a Haverhill remodeling and construction company working its own city, taking on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, exterior structures and whole-home renovations. On Google it holds 4.8 stars across 11 ratings. The jobs customers describe are the detailed indoor kind. A July 2026 reviewer calls the tile work methodical, down to keeping the tiles in alignment. In a February 2026 review a Plaistow homeowner said Jose had remodeled her half bath the previous fall, kept her questions answered, and left the place neat enough that she is lining up more work. Another February 2026 customer wrote that the job finished on time and inside budget, with the site kept clean and safe throughout. An April 2026 homeowner put it more bluntly: Zaynor fixed things other companies had only promised to fix. For a bathroom, a ceiling job or a renovation in and around Haverhill where you care about how the house is treated while the work happens, this is a straightforward call. Confirm that the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is current and ask for a written scope and price before the crew starts.
