Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I scheduled a service appointment and no one ever showed up. I called, left a voicemail, and sent a text asking if they were running late or still planning to come, but I never received a response—not even a courtesy call or message. I had rearranged my schedule and even made arrangements for my dog to stay with my in-laws specifically for this appointment. I completely understand that things can come up and schedules can change, but there is no excuse for simply not showing up and then ignoring a customer’s attempts to reach you. A simple phone call or text would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of respect for my time and very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company.

My Goodman unit went on the fritz. Called K.D. Heating. Kris got back to me quickly. Arrived same day and right on time. 30 minutes after his arrival, I had heat again. Super pleasant and efficient experience with KD. Highly recommend.
