Had a great experience working with J. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and took the time to walk through everything clearly. He showed up when he said he would, answered all of our questions, and was straightforward about what needed to be done. Definitely appreciate how smooth and easy he made the whole process. Would absolutely recommend him.

I was referred to Jay/Lantex and he answered promptly when I called to inquire about having someone out to check out my central air system that wasn't working. He came out later that night to get a sense of what was going on, and sent someone out the next morning to further diagnose and fix the issue-just over 24 hours after I had called. My system is back to working normally and cooling well, just in time for the summer heat, which was important to us since we have a senior dog. Thanks Lantex!
