Kaja Remodeling

Kaja Remodeling is a Chelsea, Massachusetts painting and remodeling company run by owner Klaudio Kaja, with five years of experience doing painting, drywall and plaster, flooring, and handyman work for both residential and commercial clients. Painting is what its reviewers describe most, and in detail. One homeowner had the entire 2,100-square-foot house painted, finished on schedule; another hired Kaja to paint kitchen cabinets and the whole interior, with help picking a color scheme, and came away pleased with the results. A different review, from mid-2025, described Klaudio and a partner painting a house exterior — punctual, professional, and leaving the site clean when they finished. A 2024 review described a different kind of job: fixing a garage ceiling that had a large stain and damage, done well enough that the reviewer said you couldn't tell the damage had ever been there. Across ten reviews on Angi, HomeAdvisor, and Thumbtack spanning 2024 to 2026, the pattern holds — every one is 5 stars, and several single out Klaudio by name for taking his time instead of rushing, going out of his way with extra touches, and communicating clearly through the job. A Thumbtack listing for the business shows a "Jacksonville, FL" location tag, but the reviewers and owner on that page match the Chelsea, MA business exactly, so it's the same company under a mismatched location label rather than a different one. Nothing negative shows up in the written record so far, though activity has been light in the last six months — one review filed. For painting jobs of any size, cabinet refinishing, or smaller remodeling and repair work, Kaja's reviewers describe consistent, attentive work; it's still worth confirming current licensing and insurance directly, since neither Angi nor HomeAdvisor lists a license number for the business.
