A 2009 customer had a custom pantry installed in a "dead corner" of their kitchen and said Kyle delivered right when he said he would. A 2010 customer asked Kyle to demo a wall, build out another wall so a door could be installed, and extend a built-in wall ledge; that 2010 customer said he hauled away the old materials, including the demo. A 2008 customer wrote that Kyle had to rent a shop vac to get the gunk out of a dryer pipe deep in the wall, and the 2008 customer said the dryer was drying clothes again. A 2008 customer said Kyle went with them to Home Depot to buy supplies to replace their kitchen faucet and gave an estimate in advance. A 2010 customer hired KBD to clear junk out of their basement after an April flood and called the price very reasonable. A 2009 customer said Kyle tried over and over again to sell them a new roof before he replaced a couple of shingles; that 2009 customer still said they would call him again.
