Keith Construction works at a scale most homeowners never hire: whole apartment buildings, occupied rehabs, and old mills brought back into use. The Canton company's own site puts its record at 32 years, $2.2 billion in construction and 34,000 housing units, with more than two decades spent on aging and historic structures. It says it builds to Passive House, LEED and Energy Star standards. That's the company's own account. What outside sources confirm is narrower but real: its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and Boston Real Estate Times reported in July 2022 that Keith Construction served as general contractor on WinnCompanies' $49.3 million rehabilitation of a historic apartment community in Peabody, with The Architectural Team as architect. BuildZoom's permit trail shows six permitted Massachusetts projects across Lowell, Springfield, Revere, Taunton and Holyoke. What is almost entirely missing is homeowner feedback. There is one review on file, and it is worth flagging rather than counting: it praises "Kurth Construction," a different company name, so it cannot be read as an account of this business. BuildZoom has no reviews. The BBB page carries no reviews and no complaints, and is Not Rated for lack of information — it also lists the company under Painting Contractors with a single employee, which sits oddly against a firm describing multi-family construction at billion-dollar volume. Before calling, be clear about what kind of job you have. This is a multi-family and institutional builder by its own description and by the projects that show up in permits and trade press, not a shop with a track record of single-family remodels you can check. If you are a homeowner, ask directly whether they take residential work of your size and ask for references on comparable jobs — the public record here won't answer that for you.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Kurth Construction. They do high quality work and are high quality people. I did a large home remodel and throughout, the communication was excellent. By the end of the project we were on budget and on time. I am so thankful that I found them! I always felt like we were on a team and will never use anyone else!!!
