We had an excellent experience with our plumber. he came out to replace our water filters and did a fantastic job from start to finish. he arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. The installation was completed efficiently, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. he also left the work area spotless. Keith was responsive, kind, and professional. Unlike other local companies, he didn't fear monger to try to get the job. I reached out to have my unit's plumbing inspected after the HOA mentioned our building's water bill increased 5X last month. 😫 Upon inspection, Keith confirmed the need to replace a valve in one toilet and replacement was needed for the other.
