Just finished a full kitchen renovation with Just Build It, Inc. Extremely happy with the results! This is my third project with Orazio and his team! High quality renovation. With JBI, I know the work will be done right to the highest standard. Daily communication from the team on the plan of action each morning! From demo, removing a support wall, installing new beam, matching hardwood floors, new windows, new door, cabinet install, and tile work. Orazio and Bruce walked me through everything from final design to punch list! Highly recommend for the highest quality renovation! Thanks to the whole team and office staff!

Just don’t should be the name of this company. Took over six months for a very small bathroom Orazio never showed up to check on Work. All the tiles are cracking in the grout is crumbling. Just don’t. He was so unprofessional. The workers are unprofessional. All the subcontractors that he used on the job were so angry at him as he never paid them. Left my house so dirty and had to get another contractor to fix all his work he left without even completing the job. The state determined a reprimand to his contractor license for not adhering to building protocols and procedures. I called Orazio numerous times to come see the job and relayed messages to his very inexperienced team worker but to no avail. I had to basically General contract the job myself. The quart counter was about to be installed and the vanity was so crooked. Some days the worker would never show up and some days arrive by 230 and stay till 4. I lost so much work time and jeopardized my job for his lack of dedication. The worker also had to chip up an entire floor tile causing the heat blanket on the heated floors to break…again Orazio never to show up to see what his company was doing. Just don’t. Do yourself a favor!

My entire experience working with the Just Build It Team was nothing short of AMAZING! From the courteous service I received from Veronica & Lili in the office. They were so patient with me and took the time to explain everything in detail and answer any question that I had along the way! I also had a WONDERFUL experience with the construction team (Orazio, Razio Jr, and Bruce) while constructing a sensory playroom and gym in my basement. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Advising me of any changes, delivery times, and unforeseen delays. The entire project took only 2 months to complete and finished on budget! I am so GRATEFUL to Just Build It LLC and would recommend them to anyone looking to have construction work done on their home. You will be in good hands 🙂
