Kemco Construction Inc is a general contracting and custom cabinetry company. On its website, Kevin McGoniagle says he has been in the cabinet making and general contracting business for over 20 years, and the company lists Pepperell, Groton, Hollis and Boston as its service area. Its Houzz profile describes the business as full service general contractors and custom cabinetmakers specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling. In a 2016 article on lowellsun.com, Kevin McGoniagle, who runs the Pepperell company, said the renovation of a building the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District vacated in 2008 would take about a year. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 110473, is expired on the state registry.
“Kevin McGoniagle, who runs Pepperell company Kemco Construction Inc., said the renovation process will take about a year, not least because the building has been “neglected” since the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District vacated it in 2008.”
