That 2026 customer listed basement leaks in the floor and walls with no sump pump, dryer venting with six 90s in a 10-foot run, 20-amp breakers with 15-amp plugs, sheetrock screws that were not sunk properly, and a roof with no fire and ice and no ridge vent. The same customer wrote that the issues were "just poor workmanship." A 2025 Google reviewer said a 42-by-24-foot deck was rebuilt by Ken Pacheco and his team Bill and Ralph, with no break in construction over 3 weeks and an estimate the customer called detailed. A 2025 customer wrote that Ken did their roof and gutters. In 2023, a customer credited Joe P., named as General Contractor for K. Pacheco, with a clear proposal and contract on a very difficult addition and remodel. A 2023 reviewer described a new front porch, from framing to final finishing, and thanked Bill and Lou.
