Kenneth R Johnson Remodeling

Kenneth R Johnson Remodeling is an Acton, Massachusetts remodeling business run by Kenneth Johnson, operating from a PO box there with a headquarters address listed in The Villages, Florida. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #152000, is active on the state registry. BuildZoom scores the company 91, putting it in the top 37% of licensed Massachusetts contractors, and also lists a City of Newton residential builder registration, #224124, and a Massachusetts plumber license, #8321, under the name — both worth checking with the issuing authority yourself. For a remodel around Acton, nail down three things before signing: who runs the job day to day given that Florida headquarters address, what the written scope covers, and current proof of insurance.
