Very helpful had all the things I neede

Love this place. I knew I wanted a decent quality vacuum. I’ve had cheap vacuums in past and they never seem to last. They were extremely helpful in showing me many different options- let me see and handle them. I found exactly what I was looking for and prices were very reasonable. I paid less than if I ordered online and had someone help me and answer questions. If you’re in need of a vacuum cleaner, I would highly recommend looking here

I went to Kent's a little clueless about what new vacuum I needed. Jeff was so patient and kind, he asked me detailed questions about my home that I wouldn't have thought about considering. In an age where everyone is purchasing online, this experience was meant to be in person. Walked me through everything. So happy I stopped by. I had such a wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend.

This store is great! The owner Mr. Kent is extremely knowledgeable and honest, and he has all the top rated brands and models. The prices are fair and Mr. Kent really knows how to help you find the right vacuum for your needs and budget. He repaired my old vacuum while I waited and it is as good as new! He didn’t try to push me to buy a new one, which had happened to me at another store, so I saved a lot of money. He also only charged me $40, while the other store told me it would cost $350 to fix it! I will definitely go back as soon as it is time to replace my old vacuum.

I recently purchased accessories for my Miele upright vacuum and learned that, though Mr. Kent still sells vacuums and accessories, he no longer services them, and I appreciate why. I am sad, as Mr. Kent serviced my Miele upright before the pandemic and did an awesome job. He is a font of knowledge. He will provide you with resources for servicing your vacuum. I always found his pricing reasonable and always found him to deliver a wonderful old school level of service.
