A washer door stuck shut with water and clothes inside, a leaking freezer, and an electric stove needing a burner and switch are among the repairs customers describe for Mass Appliance Repair. Its website uses the name Mass Technical Solutions and says it serves homes and businesses; a May 2026 Google reviewer also identifies that name as the successor to Mass Appliance Repair. Isaac figures in several washer accounts. A customer writing in April 2026 said they called on April 10 and he arrived the next morning, explained the problem and repair steps, and got the machine running smoothly. In a February 2026 review, another customer described a two-visit Asko washer repair: Isaac unlocked the door and drained the water first, then returned five days later to replace the drain pump. A June 2025 Thumbtack reviewer said he installed a door seal they had already purchased and that subsequent wash cycles ran without leaks. A May 2026 reviewer credited Dennis with fixing a roughly 20-year-old Whirlpool freezer whose drain tube had clogged. They said he explained the cause, cleaned behind and beneath the refrigerator, and did not charge for unnecessary parts. In July, a customer said Tenhiz repaired an electric stove, broke down the cost, and anticipated the need for an infinite switch in addition to the burner. A June Thumbtack reviewer described a dishwasher diagnosis followed by a return two days later with parts and a completed repair. Two September 2026 Thumbtack complaints describe unfinished repairs. One customer reported paying $230 toward a refrigerator repair and receiving no calls or messages for a week; they also said the website phone number did not work and their Thumbtack contact attempts went unanswered. Another said they were charged for a dryer inspection but the repairer never returned to fix it. Google shows 4.9 stars from 64 ratings, while Thumbtack shows 4.3 from 87.
They took my half payment for a fridgerater repair and have not called or messaged me. it has been a week. The phone number associated with their website does not work and they don't pick up when I tried to contact them thru Thumbtack. They stole 230 dollars from me. DO NOT USE THEM!!
They only charged me for checking my dryer, but never comes back and fix it! DON'T BELIEVE THEM!
Tenhiz from Mass Appliance Repair fixed my electric stove. Considering that the cost included a new burner from the manufacturer (~$150), the service fee, a new infinite switch ($40), and the labor, I feel that the price was justifiable. Tenhiz was able to give me a breakdown in cost and predicted in advance an additional part (the infinite switch) that would need to be fixed.
Great guys! They arrived on time, took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, explained the problem, and suggested the right fix. Since the repair was completed, everything has been working. Highly recommend their professional This was for my washing machine dryer
Mass Appliance was super responsive, diagnosed the issue (dishwasher), came back two days later with the parts, and repaired it. Great job, highly recommend
