We recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin and Sons Construction, and we truly cannot thank them enough for making our dream a reality! We had a vision for our home, but with the current housing market, we weren’t able to find exactly what we were looking for. After sitting down with Kevin and explaining what we were seeing and what we had envisioned, he was able to bring that vision to life. From the very beginning, Kevin was open, communicative, and incredibly patient. He answered all of our questions—and believe me, there were plenty! He took the time to listen, came out for an extra visit just to clarify details, and made sure we were always on the same page. Even though we only had a generic plan and no official drawings, Kevin was able to understand what we had in mind and make it happen. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed in a timely and professional manner, which gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout the entire process. The entire team was friendly, professional, respectful, and clean throughout the process. They took pride in their work, and it truly showed. We would highly recommend Kevin and Sons Construction to anyone looking for a contractor. They exceeded our expectations and helped make our dream home a reality. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did and couldn’t be happier with the finished result!

Had them out for an estimate on replacing our two decks early next year. In following up to get an actual written estimate they, all of a sudden, "decided not to take on this project." No explanation like they underestimated or 'we're booked until 2028,' nothing. To me, that's just plain rude and something sounds nefarious with a company that won't give a written estimate or a reasonable explanation. We waisted time dealing with this company, don't make the same mistake when you can get an estimate from any of the other highly recommended companies in the area.

We hired Kevin and his team to remodel our cottage in Acton. Working with them was an incredible experience. They transformed our cottage into a beautiful home that exceeded everything we had hoped for in a remodel. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality was outstanding every step of the way. We highly recommend Kevin and his talented crew for any project.

We hired Kev and Sons to build an attached 2 car garage. He was prompt to return my first call, fairly priced, and gave a clear and detailed estimate. Kev was very good at communicating the steps from the beginning to the final ground work, and things went pretty well as planned. Once the foundation was complete, the garage went up in about a week. His team was able to make the finished garage match the home perfectly. He was also able to adapt a few modifications I had reqested as well, and we are very happy with the results. His crew was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend Kev and Sons for any building work.

After seeing all the positive reviews and asking around, I recently hired Kev and Sons Construction to remove an old worn out pressure treated deck and build a new composite deck. Kevin and his crew were all very professional and great to work with. Kevin checked in at least once a day to check on the progress and answer any questions. The crew worked very well together and I heard lots of laughter, which tells me they enjoy their jobs and working together. All the work was completed in 5 days, 2 of which were the hottest days of the season so far, and included manually removing a very large oak tree root that was in the way of a footing. No complaining and lots of hard work! The result is better than I had imagined and I am 100 % satisfied. I highly recommend Kev and Sons Construction!
