They did an amazing job on a major project on my home. Simply put the work itself was amazing. I think the thing that is more important to mention is how proactive they were with dealing with unforeseen problems. Our home is an older new England home so we knew once we starting cutting into the walls we would have problems arise. What was so appreciated is not only did they say "hey here is this issue" it was "here is several ways we can go about solving it" We also had several delays pop up due to issues with the home and all of this was communicated quickly and efficiently, and again had here's a problem, here is how we can solve it. Their work totally transformed our home into a functional space, and frankly transformed our lives. Cannot recommend them enough!
We had B&S put an addition onto our home last year and it came out amazing... Even better than we expected! The quality of the build was top notch and I have no worries about snow loads (we get a LOT of snow each winter!) or anything else. We had other contractors come out to do the plumbing and electrical and they were super impressed with the structure and how it was built. Everyone at B&S was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the build process...we even had them come back again this fall to put some siding and trim on our home and again they did a fantastic job… we’re extremely pleased with how it all came together! We have some future projects in our future and I’ll definitely be using them again! Highly recommend for all your big and small projects!
B&S gives great service from the start, they communicate about the project and are clear with pricing and services, on top of that they are highly skilled. 10/10 would recommend for your building and property needs!
The work that is done by the team at B&S Building and Property Services is absolutely amazing. They take the time to find out what you want, lay out everything involved and give recommendations and the finished product is clean. Custom carpentry is outstanding. We have had a custom island built, an outdoor kitchen, flooring, two bathroom renovations and two closets added as well as removed a wall and added a support beam and more basement supports. We will always reach out to them first for projects. I recommend them and their subcontractors for anything. 10/10
B&S Building and Property Services replaced my back door when I noticed I had water and air coming through and into my shop. They did a wonderful job, were fast and even went out of their way to install a new electronic door knob for me which wasn’t in their scope of work. Would 100% recommend!
