Kevin is a pleasure to work with. He did an excellent job installing my kitchen floor. At first I was a little concerned because he showed up later than agreed. We were in communication, but I had arranged for the house to be empty so noise would not disturb anyone. There were a few glitches, for instance, He wisely calculated before getting started that I didn't have enough flooring (a friend had given me the flooring). He made a recommendation and too care of other business while I bought new flooring. There was unexpected rot in the wood underneath my refrigerator and we brainstormed together on the repair with materials I had (piece of plywood). And we discussed the threshold transitions and molding. I needed to get the job done in one day and he completed it and did an excellent job, checking with me at important decision points. I highly recommend Kevin.
Kevin helped fix a bathroom tile issue I had and was extremely responsive and even made the effort to come look at the project ahead of time late in the evening. He was on time, a great value and very responsive to my needs. Would definitely recommend him!
Kevin did a great, thorough job replacing my flooring with LVP. He went the extra mile, checking multiple sources to find a match for my existing floors. His pricing was reasonable too. I'm very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him.
Kevin was terrific at fixing a gap between our floors and baseboard that had been growing over the years. Mice found it and made it their highway into the unit. Kevin was able to assess the project and fix the gap beautifully and did so the same day when learning of the urgency to close the mouse door. He is talented, flexible and kind - I will absolutely be reaching out to Kevin again with carpentry or other handyman needs! Including before and after pics.
