As a first time homebuyer with my husband, Sue did an incredible job addressing minor repairs and conducted a thorough inspection. Would definitely hire again!

We had Keith help do the inspection with the house we made an offer on and he couldn't have been nicer. Very thorough. Took tons of pictures. Reasonable price. Explained EVERYTHING in a great and respectful manner so that we knew what we were buying/getting ourselves into. Very good at saying what he knew would need fixing right away or what would need professional help versus what I could fix in the early stages of owning. Audi who helped coordinate the whole inspection was also helpful and nice. I would recommend them to anyone in the area buying a house.

I am a city girl hoping to buy a log cabin - think that says it all! I didn’t know whether I’d understand anything during the inspection. We were very lucky to have Sue as our inspector! Not only was she extremely thorough and knowledgeable, she explained everything in a way I could understand, including the purpose of her cool gadgets. This clarified our options - such as when we absolutely should bring in experts and when we may be able to DIY. Inspections are tricky because you want to know everything about what you are getting into but you’re already serious about the purchase.
