They have no clue what they are actually doing! I paid a lot of money for a home inspection 2 weeks ago, and they gave me a Laundry list. They stated things like paint chipping, clean gutters, difficulty opening door. Then they cover there butts by saying there not heating or cooling experts. Bryan, waster of money and time!!!!!
