Whichever founding date is right, its reviewers describe a business that's stuck around: several say they've been customers for 20, 30, even 40 years, through both automatic delivery and pay-as-you-go plans, and a 2021 review describes Bob personally fixing a boiler issue a competitor had failed to solve after several paid visits. The word that shows up most in the reviews is speed. Customers describe a technician showing up within a couple of hours of a furnace failure, an AC fixed at 8pm on a Friday night, and a boiler that went down on New Year's Day repaired within hours.
