A December 2022 customer described an oil-to-propane heating conversion completed in a single day, with an inspection arranged so the household would not be without heat. That homeowner also praised communication by phone and said the worker left the basement cleaner than it had been. Purely Reliable HVAC says it is located in Ludlow with more than 12 years of professional experience in Western Massachusetts, and advertises free estimates. Its Google average is 4.4 stars from seven ratings. The written customer accounts span 2022–2024 and include both home and commercial work. In February 2023, a customer praised Paul for answering questions about a new HVAC system and completing his work promptly, and also praised Emily in the office. A December 2022 homeowner credited Paul with correcting a kitchen stove's flame. In September 2024, a commercial-building customer praised quick responses and appointment scheduling when problems needed immediate attention, and described the pricing as fair. A different December 2022 customer raised a billing and communication complaint after gas-fireplace repair. The reviewer said a promised estimate before moving forward did not arrive, objected to the office's responses, and said requests to see parts invoices were refused. Those are that customer's allegations about the repair experience; the homeowner who described the heating conversion that same month praised the office's communication.
