Don’t be fooled by the new name. Kiki Movers & Transportation LLC is the same company and same owner as Kiki’s Movers Inc. Please do your own research and read reviews from both before booking.
I hired this company twice separate times, hoping my experience would improve, but unfortunately it didn’t. Based on my personal experience, I found the pricing and communication to be inconsistent, and I left each job feeling disappointed. When concerns were brought up, I didn’t feel they were handled professionally.
Before you spend your hard-earned money, take a few extra minutes to research the company, compare reviews, and get every quote and promise in writing. I wish I had done more of that myself. This review is simply to help others make an informed decision and avoid the experience I had.
Great company with great rates! The workers are courteous and respectful. They show up on time, ready to work. They wrap your breakables and take extra caution. Recommended for all moving needs.
