In seeking to reface my kitchen cabinets, I spoke with Mike, an owner of the firm. It quickly became clear that my very limited budget would not allow his company to do the job for me. Nonetheless, although there was no advantage for him, Mike spent considerable extra time explaining my options, and helped steer me away from the approach toward which I had been leaning.
