Sixty-eight Google ratings and not one of them below five stars — that is the first odd thing about KJ Cleans, a Tyngsborough cleaning company whose written history runs from 2023 to 2026. The job people call for is the deep clean: before a move-in, after a renovation, ahead of a listing. Kayla is named throughout, as the person who quotes the work and then shows up on it. Fifteen of those reviews landed in the past six months, and the specifics repeat rather than blur. A homeowner who bought a townhouse in July 2026 had it deep-cleaned before moving in. Another, in April, took over a unit a tenant had left in poor condition and got it back spotless. In March a customer wrote that their toilets hadn't looked that clean since they were new — the kind of detail that suggests someone actually inspected the work. It isn't only houses. A May 2025 customer describes the crew steam-cleaning office and warehouse floors along with the bathrooms and kitchen; another that same month covered commercial cleaning in Andover; a 2024 salon owner had her space cleaned and organized. Two real-estate agents wrote in October 2024 that they use the crew for pre-listing cleans, one of them saying she had been doing so for about two years. Two things are worth settling on the call. A deep clean here is a project rather than an afternoon — one 2025 customer was quoted two days with a crew of four. And the crew size flexes: in November 2025 two cleaners were out sick and Kayla worked the house alone until help arrived later in the day. That customer was happy with the result, but it's worth knowing if you're cleaning against a closing date. The pattern that runs through the whole history is conversion — people book one deep clean for a move, a renovation or a sale, then stay on biweekly or monthly service. If that's the shape of what you need, ask for the deep-clean scope in writing against the maintenance-visit scope; one customer in May 2025 singled out getting exactly that spelled out beforehand. Nail down the day count too, and you'll know what you're buying.
