MaidPro Tyngsborough cleans homes across a ring of towns its website lists, from Tyngsborough, Lowell and Chelmsford out to Concord, Andover and Groton. It holds 4.8★ on Google from 69 ratings and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. In a July 2026 Google review, a customer wrote that Rosie and Natalie made the house sparkle, and that the first people to see it when it hit the market snapped it up. In a 2025 Google review, a customer thanked MaidPro for sending Denise, Skylar and Natalie to complete a move-out clean, writing that moving is stressful and the experience with Maidpro "made it much less so." The clearest complaint is recent. In August 2026, a customer who booked a move-in clean with a deep cleaning, on an estimate they put at "530$ something," wrote that on the day the crew said wiping down interior windows and dusting blinds were not covered. The three-person crew took more than 4 hours, the customer paid for extra time, the bill came to more than $800, and they still did extra cleaning themselves. The same customer wrote that the bathrooms, kitchen and cabinets that were done were nicely done. In a 2024 Google review, a customer wrote that they had had Maid Pro for 11 years. In another 2024 review, a customer returning after a break wrote that MaidPro assigned a pro who had worked with them before, Raeanne, and that she "remembered what I like done and how." In a February 2026 review, a customer wrote that Allison and Jade left their bathroom sparkling clean and took the trash out too. In a 2023 review, a couple described their monthly cleaning as fresh sheets, vacuuming, scrubbing and a complete straightening up.
